About The Position

Bourne's is hiring a seasonal Delivery Driver for a heating-season schedule that runs approximately October through April. Drivers make deliveries in all weather conditions, focus on safety and customer service, and are expected to work Saturdays during the heating season. The position offers a consistent schedule and drivers are home every night. Openings are available at several locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and New York. Pay is $23.26 to $34.88 per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay, on-call pay, and eligibility for a bonus of up to $3,000.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a driver.
• A CDL and a good driving record.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Confidence making deliveries in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays during the heating season.
• A focus on safety.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat endorsement; it is preferred but not required, and the company will help the employee obtain it.
