About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to use their own vehicles to make deliveries while earning an hourly wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement. The company is willing to train applicants. Part-time work and flexible schedules are available. Drivers are currently needed for closing shifts and/or opening shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Mileage and tips are paid at the end of each shift, and hourly wages are paid weekly. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits after six months. Applicants must meet the stated age and driving-history requirements and satisfy the company’s motor vehicle record and background compliance requirements. Drivers must have an officially stated license and meet the listed driving-record standards. The role also requires frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds and safely maneuvering a vehicle in close quarters and congested traffic.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license; the posting says an officially stated license is required.
- Have at least two years of verifiable driving experience, subject to the specific driving-history requirements listed for 18- and 19-year-old applicants.
- Have a consistent work history.
- Meet company compliance requirements concerning motor vehicle records, DOT, CSA, and/or criminal background checks.
- Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently.
- Meet the stated driving-record standards: no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Not have any of the disqualifying violations listed: leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
