About The Position

As a Delivery Driver, you will serve as the “Face of Factory Motor Parts.” You will deliver merchandise safely, promptly, and professionally, leaving a positive impact and completely satisfying customers. The role calls for a reliable, safety-minded driver committed to exceptional customer service, strong organization and time-management skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. You will maintain professional, cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Valid Class C or D driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read a map or understand the geographic area.
• Demonstrated ability to drive safely in various road conditions, which may include transporting hazardous materials.
• Reliability and a safety-minded approach.
• Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional and cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Drive in a safe, courteous, and defensive manner.
• Communicate professionally with customers at their site.
• Set up customer returns accurately.
• Participate in yearly physical inventories.
