About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to staff its stores. The role delivers pizzas by car within a designated delivery area, including bringing orders to customers’ doors. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift. The position also includes a range of store duties such as delivering flyers and door hangers, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and two years of driving history.
• Have a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have an insured vehicle with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
• Pass a background check.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make correct monetary change and process orders by phone and in person.
