About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience while taking orders and making deliveries. Drivers uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards and support store operations, including maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety; preparing products accurately and efficiently; resolving customer concerns; and assisting with inventory organization and restocking. The role requires effective time management, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, safe operation of store equipment, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay. Flexible scheduling and team member product discounts are offered. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available to eligible team members averaging at least 30 hours per week during the designated measurement period. Eligible team members may participate in the 401(k) program. RPM Pizza also offers ongoing training and development through RPM Pizza College, with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
