About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers pizzas and also performs store work, including washing dishes. The role includes operating equipment, stocking and preparing ingredients, processing phone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Shifts are flexible, with evening shifts particularly available, including 4–8 p.m., 5–10 p.m., and closing shifts. The fixed hourly rate depends on the assigned location: $17.13 per hour at Pierce County locations or $20.82 per hour at King County locations. These rates are not a wage range or progression scale.

Requirements

• Have a driver's license and a good driving record; the posting specifies checking the license for two years.
• Understand and give written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Have basic math skills and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Have motor coordination for precise movements.
• Use a computer keyboard or touchscreen for orders.
• Be able to work independently and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, and make decisions.
• Meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying items up to 30 pounds.
