About The Position

At US FOODS®, our CDL-A Delivery Truck Drivers start with a training base rate of $33.43 per hour. After training, compensation transitions to component pay based on miles, cases, and stops, with hourly pay provided for any downtime. Requirements

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum six months commercial driving experience (one year of foodservice experience preferred).
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.
• Ability to read and communicate in English—able to understand traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety at the forefront.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and all other tasks as required.
