About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to deliver orders within a designated area and support general store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including potential paths into management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle for deliveries, and the ability to navigate to addresses and handle challenging terrain such as multi-story buildings. Team members also perform general store duties, including preparing products, handling orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

The job involves working in a store with varying temperatures, food-related odors, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, and moving or sharp equipment. Physical duties include standing, walking, occasional sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, moving trays, and infrequently using stairs or a ladder.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including lifting supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying items, and moving trays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, including communicating with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Move trays on dollies, including pushing or pulling them.
• Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder for tasks such as changing sign prices, washing walls, or performing maintenance.
