About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to deliver products to customers in Greenville and surrounding areas. The driver represents the organization through friendly, professional service and is responsible for safe, timely deliveries, accurate records, vehicle readiness, and effective communication with dispatch and management. The role offers flexible hours and independent work while serving the community.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
Have at least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards.
Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Be physically capable of safely lifting and carrying packages of varying weights.
Know local traffic laws and be committed to safe driving practices.
Be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and positive.
Demonstrate customer-service orientation and interact professionally with diverse clientele.
Work independently while collaborating with team members.
Adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in route planning and navigation; GPS or mapping tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout Greenville and surrounding areas.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
Provide friendly, professional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and transparency.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and in working condition.
Handle packages and products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization professionally.
