About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to deliver products to customers and support store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth, including potential advancement to management. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. In addition to delivery duties, team members operate equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors and may distribute flyers and door hangers. The position involves driving within a designated delivery area and may include several deliveries per shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, including by telephone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator. Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and hand-eye coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to carry products while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, and reaching.
Ability to meet the role’s vision and sensory needs, including near-, mid-, far-, and night vision, depth perception, hearing and talking on the telephone, and differentiating hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery routes and locations, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
