About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, with hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement or use a company-provided vehicle. Safe driving is a must, and drivers have access to cutting-edge technology for efficient deliveries. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with part-time and full-time shifts available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age, have a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history to use a company car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and efficiently within a designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, and work well under stress.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Analyze and compile data, make good judgments and decisions.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Answer phones.
