About The Position

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! This role offers immediate hire with flexible scheduling, allowing for short or long shifts, and both part-time and full-time hours. Our Customer Service Representatives have the opportunity to work a schedule that works with their lives and can pursue various promotional opportunities within the company, such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond. This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino’s Pizza LLC, Domino’s Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (“Domino’s Corporate”).

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
The ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.

Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Talk and hear on the telephone.
Perform most in-store tasks requiring depth perception, near and mid-range vision.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Perform tasks requiring far and night vision for driving.
