About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team! This position offers flexible scheduling with short or long shifts available, and both part-time and full-time hours. The role involves taking and processing orders, providing excellent customer service, and working in various conditions.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Ability to follow directives
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work alone and well with others
• Ability to work well under stress
• Ability to meet strict quality control standards

• Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
• Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter
• Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
• Ability to grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• Talking and hearing on telephone
• Depth perception as well as Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Far and night vision required for driving

• Assemble cardboard pizza boxes
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• Talk and hear on the telephone
• Perform in-store tasks requiring depth perception, near and mid-range vision
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Drive (if applicable)
