About The Position
EM PIZZA is a 66-store Domino’s franchise located in Los Angeles and Fresno, California, with opportunities for growth, development, and promotion. Delivery drivers deliver products to customers and may also perform general store team member duties. The role includes operating store equipment; stocking ingredients; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Advancement opportunities may include management and franchise ownership.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a current, valid California driver’s license with at least two years of licensed driving experience.
- Have a safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
- Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers in the designated delivery area.
- Navigate to customer addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
- Operate store equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
