About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to serve customers in Collinsville and surrounding areas. The driver safely delivers products on assigned routes, provides courteous customer service, and supports efficient team operations. The role offers flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. Full-time drivers are offered additional benefits after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic technology for route planning.
• Ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual, with commitment to delivery schedules.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-service orientation.
• Physical ability to perform delivery duties, including walking and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products on assigned routes in Collinsville and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize routes to provide timely and efficient service.
• Communicate professionally with customers, respond to inquiries, and handle transactions accurately and courteously.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Handle products carefully so they arrive in good condition.
• Manage time to meet delivery schedules and performance goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand positively.
