About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified Delivery Drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated area. Drivers may also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for growth, including into management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, in person and by telephone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination and precision to make rapid, accurate movements; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, reaching, and hand-eye tasks.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs.
Ability to drive in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions and use far and night vision while driving.
Ability to work in conditions involving temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; several deliveries may be made per shift.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate delivery routes and sites, including multi-story buildings and other potentially challenging terrain.
