Continental Battery Systems is seeking a customer-focused, energetic employee for a multifaceted operations role involving deliveries, warehouse operations, and retail sales. The employee will help provide a positive customer experience while working safely and supporting process improvements. Requirements

AA degree or equivalent.
Motor Vehicle Record with little to no safety concerns in the past three years.
Meet the required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Values (KSAVs).
Either at least one year working for the company as a Delivery Driver-2, Material Handler-2, or Retail Sales Rep-2, or at least three years working elsewhere in a driver, warehouse associate, or retail capacity.

Nice To Haves

GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a Class B or C vehicle (CDL not required) to make regular deliveries, support customer purchases, manage and replenish consignments, recover used batteries, and perform customer installations. Some deliveries may require DOT hours-of-service records and medical clearance.
Perform shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, used-battery reconditioning, and general battery maintenance.
Sell goods and provide customer service on the sales floor, by phone, and by email.
Follow safe driving and forklift practices and use material-handling equipment and processes appropriately.
Accurately record processes and procedures, assist in training team members, and identify ways to improve daily operations.
