About The Position

The Delivery Driver Expert delivers pizzas to customers while providing enthusiastic, professional customer communication and maintaining a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency. The role requires maintaining a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Our Dream Pizza Inc. image standards. In addition to deliveries, the position may involve processing telephone orders, taking inventory, stocking ingredients and supplies, and completing related paperwork. The work includes standing for most of the shift and handling products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have at least one year of driving history.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate the delivery area.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make timely, sound ethical judgments and decisions.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to stand for most of the shift and lift or stack products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, and use stairs.
Must have hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically and professionally with customers.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company image standards.
Navigate to customer addresses across diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers and work independently or with others.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly.
Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
Unload product deliveries as needed.
Make accurate monetary change.
