About The Position

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for completing all new and used vehicle deliveries, ensuring customers have a full understanding of vehicle operations and dealership services. This role involves meticulous attention to detail in vehicle preparation, checklist completion, and client follow-up to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high satisfaction ratings. The position also contributes to dealership marketing efforts and provides support to various dealership departments.

Requirements

• Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations
• In control set up for clients
• Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client
• Complete second deliveries when required
• Introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)
• Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port
• Follow up for second deliveries
• Follow up for reviews, surveys, and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s
• Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged
• Dealership social media content
• Checking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable
• Home deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issues
• Assisting lot staff with moving cars when required
• Plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles

Responsibilities

• Provide an introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery for any imperfections
• Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port
• Follow up for second deliveries
• Follow up for reviews, surveys, and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s
• Merchandise showroom vehicles and ensure they are charged
• Contribute to dealership social media content
• Check in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable
• Perform home deliveries
• Assist service customers with technology issues
• Assist lot staff with moving cars when required
• Handle plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles
