About The Position

At Giant Recreation World, Central Florida's #1 RV dealer, we're searching for a dedicated full-time Delivery Coordinator – Walk Thru Specialist to join our team! This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage, a rewarding bonus structure, and a benefits package. This is a full-time role with a schedule that varies within business hours to accommodate delivery volumes and customer needs. You will work weekdays and weekends, with shifts scheduled according to business demand.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of RVs and their systems
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Close attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple deliveries and deadlines simultaneously
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to schedule changes
Professional demeanor with customers
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, documentation)
Ability to lift and move light to moderate items (typically up to 25-50 lbs)
Visual ability to read screens, labels, and documents
Comfortable working outdoors and moving between different work areas

Nice To Haves

Experience in RV, automotive, or delivery coordination
Experience working with customers in a service or sales environment
Familiarity with PDI processes and vehicle/unit delivery

Responsibilities

Confirming appointments with customers and coordinating with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure each RV is ready.
Greeting customers upon arrival, walking them through their new RV step by step, and confidently demonstrating all features.
Verifying that each unit has passed its Pre-Delivery Inspection, is fully prepped and cleaned, and all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, expertly handling their questions and identifying opportunities to suggest helpful products.
Inspecting units, communicating updates across departments, and following up on outstanding items post-delivery.
Adapting to any schedule changes as needed.
Occasionally moving between office, loading, and storage areas and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Passing a background check.
