Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a Delivery Coach Campaign Tech to support cross-channel marketing projects and campaign strategies for its global marketing organization, encompassing Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. This role involves collaborating with brand marketing teams, analytics, and technical teams to define project scope, develop project plans, and track progress using project management tools like Jira. The Delivery Coach will facilitate communication among MarTech/Campaign Tech stakeholders, coordinate sign-offs on business requirements, and support the validation of marketing campaign processes. They will also assist Marketing Database, Operations, and Analytics teams with data validation and business logic, plan sprint meetings, prepare reports, and conduct status meetings. Additionally, the role requires providing guidance on agile best practices, serving as the primary contact for documentation related to marketing campaigns, tools, and processes, and supporting project prioritization and continuous process improvement.
