Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a Delivery Coach Campaign Ops to support cross-channel marketing projects and campaign strategies for its global marketing organization, encompassing Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. This role involves collaboration with brand marketing teams, marketing analytics, and technical teams to define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and track progress using project management tools like Jira. The position requires facilitating communication among MarTech/Campaign Tech stakeholders, coordinating sign-offs on business requirements, and supporting the validation of marketing campaign process enhancements. The Delivery Coach will also assist Marketing Database, Operations, and Analytics teams in validating data and business logic, plan and facilitate sprint planning meetings, and prepare project reporting. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance on agile best practices, serving as the main point of contact for marketing campaign documentation, supporting prioritization, and contributing to process continuous improvement.
