About The Position

Quest Global is seeking a Delivery Assurance Associate to manage procurement and delivery-assurance activities through customer portals. The role handles daily procurements, low-priority parts that are aging, scenario approvals, and external expedite queues. The associate works with planners and other teams to resolve issues that could prevent parts from meeting delivery deadlines, including removing block holds and coordinating with groups such as Quality and Finance. The position is remote within the United States, requires U.S. citizenship, and does not require travel.

Requirements

1–3 years of related experience.
Experience handling cross-team communication and correspondence productively and efficiently.
Ability to manage and work in shared Excel documents, Outlook, and shared team files.
U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Prior Delivery Assurance experience; additional training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Handle daily procurements within customer portals.
Handle aging low-priority parts within customer portals according to lead-time requirements.
Communicate with planners to coordinate and resolve aging issues involving parts that may not meet delivery deadlines and requirements.
Handle scenario approvals within client tools, either escalating for information or releasing them.
Maintain a working queue of external expedites within customer portals.
Remove block holds on parts in the assigned queue and collaborate with relevant teams, including Quality and Finance, to resolve issues.
