About The Position

Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Production Team Member to help create a welcoming experience for guests at its travel centers and restaurants. The role involves maintaining an orderly deli area, stocking the hot deli case with fresh items, preparing food according to company process cards, and cleaning dishes and utensils. Team members may also have opportunities to train and gain experience in other roles.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
