About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Production Team Member to help maintain an orderly deli area and prepare food for guests. The role includes monitoring and replenishing the hot deli case, preparing food according to company standards and process cards, and cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils. Team members may have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within the company’s travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
