About The Position

The Deli Production Team Member maintains an orderly deli area, monitors and stocks the hot deli case with fresh items, prepares food according to company standards and process cards, and cleans and organizes dishes and utensils. The role is in a dynamic travel center and restaurant environment, with opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
