About The Position

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities. The role is responsible for generating and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives, and customer satisfaction. The Deli General Manager builds, coaches, manages, and develops teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.

Requirements

2–3 years of management experience in a restaurant, deli, or foodservice setting.
Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
Integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
Excellent team leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
