About The Position

The Deli Department Team Member helps create a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience by delivering remarkable customer service, sharing product knowledge, and completing retail tasks related to products, merchandising, and store operations. The role involves working with customers and teammates, maintaining appealing product displays, stocking and rotating products, and following food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Team members may work across Fresh departments, including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, and support other tasks as needed.
