This role involves preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes. The position requires teamwork with various kitchen and service staff to ensure a smoothly and efficiently run operation. Key responsibilities include adhering to recipes and control procedures, assisting in all areas of food production as needed, maintaining consistent attendance, handling customer complaints courteously, and upholding standards of health, safety, and sanitation. A clean and sanitary work area in accordance with state health regulations is also a primary duty.
