About The Position

Responsible for directing the merchandising and operational responsibilities in Murray's and specialty cheese shops for the division. Responsible for associate-level training in the development and delivery of industry leading merchandising, interactive customer service, cheese knowledge, and operations that is Murray's and Specialty Cheese. Ensure that Murray's brand is well represented and work closely with the Murray's team, cheese masters, cheese stewards, store leaders, district management, and Deli/Bakery merchandisers. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Requirements

Experience in merchandising and operations within specialty cheese shops.
Ability to train associates on merchandising, customer service, cheese knowledge, and operations.
Understanding of the Murray's brand and its representation.
Collaboration skills with various teams including Murray's team, cheese masters, cheese stewards, store leaders, district management, and Deli/Bakery merchandisers.
