Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Assist with performing, implementing, and enforcing established daily operating procedures to keep the deli clean, stocked, organized, and well kept.
• Maintain quality brand image standards.
• Maintain product quality and manage waste.
• Stock, label, date, rotate, prepare, and cook food.
• Follow proper food preparation practices, portion sizes, and food presentation standards.
• Communicate merchandising problems, price change requests, and equipment problems.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Follow and ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
