About The Position

As a Deli Assistant Manager, you will help lead and support the department team and drive operational excellence. Department teams help create an exceptional shopping experience by keeping stores clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers. The work may involve merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, and customer service. You will help develop the team, achieve business goals, and build relationships with customers, while contributing to positive experiences for associates, customers, and the community. This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity.
