About The Position
FastLane is seeking a Deli Assistant Manager to help operate its deli. The role involves preparing food, supporting the Deli Manager, assisting and guiding Deli Attendants, serving customers, handling register transactions and money, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping coolers and shelves stocked. The position is located in Winfield, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Cook and fry food and follow recipes across multiple locations.
- Partner with the Deli Manager to keep deli operations running smoothly.
- Operate the register and handle money accurately.
- Support and guide Deli Attendants.
- Provide friendly customer service.
- Keep the deli clean.
- Stock coolers and shelves.
- Treat coworkers, customers, and vendors with kindness and respect.
