About The Position
The Deli Assistant Manager supports deli operations by preparing food, operating the register, assisting the Deli Manager, and guiding Deli Attendants. The role includes maintaining clean and stocked deli areas and providing friendly service to customers, coworkers, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Cook and fry food and follow recipes across multiple locations.
- Partner with the Deli Manager to support deli operations.
- Operate the register and handle money accurately.
- Support and guide Deli Attendants.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep the deli clean.
- Stock coolers and shelves.
- Treat coworkers, customers, and vendors with kindness and respect.
