About The Position

This role focuses on supporting and ensuring the accessibility of social media campaigns within Netcompany. The Assistant will be responsible for creating efficient workflows for campaign sharing, monitoring amplification timelines, and implementing technical accessibility standards. A key part of the role involves quality control to ensure all published content meets accessibility requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in similar fields.
  • Excellence in operational coordination and a strong eye for technical quality control.
  • Comfort working in a clearly task-based operational domain rather than a policy-focused role.
  • Practical understanding of digital accessibility checklists and how to apply them to various content formats.
  • Organization skills with capability of managing multiple timelines and workflows simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with creating functional resources that help others implement and amplify campaigns effectively.
  • Proficiency with English language.

  • Structure simple, efficient workflows to streamline the sharing of campaigns.
  • Monitor and follow up on amplification timelines to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Implement and track technical accessibility standards, including alt text, subtitles, captions, and color contrast.
  • Conduct quality control to ensure all published content strictly meets minimum accessibility requirements.
