About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Defined Benefit Implementation team at Mercer. This is a remote role. You can expect to work on a team focused on pension plan administration and implementation support, where analytical skills are used to keep project work accurate, timely, and aligned to client needs. The role involves contributing to requirements, testing, documentation, and technical specifications, while helping identify and resolve issues that could affect delivery quality. You will also be responsible for meeting assigned deadlines and supporting modifications based on specific client requirements.

Requirements

At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong written communication skills
Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Ability to identify and resolve issues and problems that will affect accuracy of the technical specifications.
Exceptional Excel and Access skills
Your ability to articulate why you are a good fit for this position
Testing experience including developing and executing test plans
