About The Position

We are seeking a Dedicated Class A CDL Driver for our Home Weekly Fleet. This role offers competitive weekly earnings, all-mile pay, and hourly compensation for detention and breakdown time. Drivers will be out for 5 to 5.5 days with a reliable reset at home. The operating area is a dedicated run between Phoenix, Albuquerque, and Southern California. Drivers will operate newer, premium, assigned equipment and handle 100% No-Touch freight with a high percentage of drop and hook. The option to take your assigned truck home during your weekly reset is available where applicable.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
SAP acceptable if you have step 6 complete.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle on a dedicated run between Phoenix, Albuquerque, and Southern California.
Ensure reliable home time with a 34 to 48-hour reset each week.
Handle 100% No-Touch freight, with a focus on drop and hook operations.
Maintain compliance with all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
Utilize newer, premium, assigned equipment.

Benefits

Average $1,250 – $1,500 per week.
Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles (loaded or empty).
$20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time.
Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
