About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Driver for a consistent, home-weekly route. This position offers competitive weekly earnings, all-mile pay, and accessorial pay for detention and breakdown time. Drivers will operate newer, premium equipment on a dedicated run between Phoenix, Albuquerque, and Southern California, handling 100% no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook. You will be out for 5 to 5.5 days with a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home, with the option to take your truck home during your reset where applicable.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
SAP acceptable if you have step 6 complete.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle on a dedicated run between Phoenix, Albuquerque, and Southern California.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of 100% no-touch freight.
Manage drop-and-hook operations efficiently.
Adhere to all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
Utilize provided equipment, which includes newer, premium Kenworth, Freightliner, and International trucks.

Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles (loaded or empty).
$20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time.
