About The Position

Regional dedicated driver opportunity running a pre-loaded route out of Dublin, GA. This is a high value, no touch freight account with an onsite dedicated fleet manager. Drivers will deliver Monday through Saturday, with their 34-hour reset typically done at home on weekends. All loads are pre-loaded at origin and dispatched through Samsara or phone. Night driving is required, and trucks stay parked at the distribution center, not taken home. Drivers may also run other regional areas and pick up backhauls. The operating area covers the Southeast region. Time off is on a first come, first served basis with one week's notice required, except during peak season (October through January) when no time off is granted except for emergencies. No deliveries are scheduled for Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

Requirements

• At least 22 years of age.
• Active CDL A.
• 1 year of tractor trailer experience in the past 5 years, or 6 months in the past 24 months.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Clean abstract: max 4 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the past year).
• Max 3 chargeable accidents in 3 years (max 2 in the past 12 months).
• No DUI/alcohol related conviction in the past 10 years.
• No felony theft conviction in the past 10 years.
• Stable work history and good references required.

Responsibilities

• Run a pre-loaded route out of Dublin, GA.
• Deliver Monday through Saturday.

• Perform daily check-in via Samsara or call in.

Benefits

• Average weekly gross of $1,400 to $1,550
• 2,400 miles per week
• $120 metro pay on loads under 200 miles
• $25 per stop drop and stop pay, excluding origin and destination
• $30 per hour detention after the first 2 hours
