About The Position

Goldfish Swim School is hiring a Deck Supervisor to oversee swim lessons and the aquatics team during assigned shifts. The supervisor coaches staff to provide extraordinary lessons, oversees aquatics systems, upholds Aquatics Values and Standards, and supports student progress and satisfaction as well as sales and service. The role involves working with children and is based in person in Livingston, New Jersey. Candidates must pass background examinations before training. The position offers paid on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Each Goldfish Swim School is independently owned and operated, and the local franchisee is the employer.

Requirements

• Two years of supervising experience.
• One year of aquatics experience.
• One year of sales and service experience.
• Reputable leadership and supervising experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with children.
• High energy.
• Must pass background examinations prior to training.
• Ability to relocate to Livingston, NJ 07039 before starting work.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
