About The Position

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Deck Supervisor to oversee swim lessons and the aquatics team during assigned shifts. The supervisor coaches team members to provide extraordinary lessons, oversees aquatics systems, upholds Aquatics Values and Standards, and helps ensure student progress and satisfaction. The role also involves Sales & Service responsibilities and may include other duties assigned by the employer.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervising experience.
• At least 1 year of aquatics experience.
• At least 1 year of Sales & Service experience.
• Leadership and supervising experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with children.
• High energy.
• Must pass background examinations prior to training.
• Must relocate to Livingston, NJ 07039 before starting work.

• High school or equivalent education is preferred.
