About The Position
Deck Assembly 2 is responsible for assembling various components on the boat to complete installation of the deck.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and bending frequently
- Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds of material
- Work inside (without air conditioning)
- Experience with air and hand tools such as screw guns, impact guns, caulking guns, and air ratchets
- Safety glasses
- Gloves

Responsibilities
- Drill out rails and patterns for seat clips on each unit
- Install lids, cleats, side panels, and shifters
- Measure out stud locations on each unit, assemble shifters, and caulk cleats
- Read build orders/prints and tape measure
- Understand process of line moves
- Maintain organized and clean work area
- Communicate well with others
