About The Position

The Decision Support Analyst provides analytical and technical support. Responsible for the development and maintenance of financial, contract performance, productivity, service-level, and ad-hoc management reports including development of web reports. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare, business administration or finance experience
• Able to use a computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment
• Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
• Able to collaborate and accept direction
• Able to think critically
• Able to manage multiple assignments effectively
• Able to organize and prioritize workload
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to problem solve
• Able to recall information with accuracy

• One additional year of experience in healthcare, business administration or finance may be accepted in lieu of degree
