Sr Decision Support Analyst
About The Position
The Senior Decision Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical guidance, leading analysis and evaluation for work groups, business needs and requirements. This position will maintain the setup and monthly process of the cost accounting system, conduct ongoing reviews of hospital operations and expenses, and assist with the formulation of reporting needs. The Senior Decision Support Analyst will support the Decision Support Manager in accessing supportive tools, reports, dashboards, and models. They will also assist in the development of user training and oversee system documentation. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring that the data being aggregated and reported using the hospital's systems such as Lawson, EPIC, Power BI, and Strata Jazz accurately reflects the hospital's results. This role involves engaging with Finance and the rest of the Decision Support staff to routinely reconcile modules to core financial systems to test accuracy.

Responsibilities
