This dynamic faculty role blends high-quality instruction, student mentorship, and active scholarly or professional engagement within an AACSB-accredited environment. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, college-level instruction across at least two core disciplines: Management Information Systems (MIS)/Analytics and Operations/Supply Chain. We seek a collaborative and community-minded colleague who will foster positive working relationships with faculty, staff, and administration to support the university's collective mission. Salem State University is a place where your career can grow alongside your impact. As the Commonwealth's Civic Engagement University and a proud Hispanic-Serving and Minority-Serving Institution, we're committed to creating a workplace that's as inclusive and dynamic as the students we serve.
