About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Deburring / Grinder Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding, finishing, and deburring metal parts to ensure safe handling and a smooth, uniform appearance.

Requirements

• Ability to safely use pneumatic and hand-held grinding tools

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Nice To Haves

• Previous grinding or deburring experience is a plus, but not required (training available)

Responsibilities

• Operate pneumatic tools, including: Angle die grinders, Random orbital (D/A) sanders, Pedestal grinders with deburring wheels
• Grind cosmetic and non-cosmetic weldments to a smooth, uniform finish
• Deburr laser-cut and punch-cut edges using deburring tools or sandpaper
• Ensure finished parts meet quality and safety standards for handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
