About The Position
DebtBlue is growing and looking for driven, competitive Debt Settlement Negotiators who know how to communicate, negotiate, and get results. This role is for individuals who don't back down from tough conversations, thrive under pressure, and get satisfaction from turning challenging situations into wins.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Debt Settlement Experience not required - We will train!
Responsibilities
- Negotiate directly with creditors and collection agencies on behalf of our clients.
- Manage a queue of client accounts, hitting monthly production goals.
- Develop strategic settlement approaches based on each client's financial situation.
- Work toward favorable settlement agreements while protecting the clients' interests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes and compliance requirements.
- Manage multiple negotiations while consistently meeting performance and productivity goals.
