About The Position
DebtBlue is seeking driven, competitive Debt Settlement Negotiators who excel at communication, negotiation, and achieving results. This role is for individuals who are not deterred by challenging conversations, perform well under pressure, and find satisfaction in resolving difficult situations. The company offers training for this position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Negotiate directly with creditors and collection agencies on behalf of clients.
- Manage a pipeline of client accounts and meet monthly production goals.
- Develop strategic settlement approaches tailored to each client's financial situation.
- Work towards favorable settlement agreements while safeguarding client interests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to company processes and compliance requirements.
- Manage multiple negotiations concurrently while consistently meeting performance and productivity goals.
