Under direction of the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean of Instruction and Institutional Research provides leadership and oversight for key operational, compliance, and data-driven functions supporting the College's mission and strategic goals and objectives. The Dean provides leadership across a broad portfolio of Academic Affairs operations which may include curriculum development and catalog production, class scheduling and enrollment management, faculty load and contract management, faculty professional learning, faculty evaluation processes, institutional research, and accreditation. The Dean works collaboratively with other deans, division chairs, faculty, and staff across the College to ensure effective and efficient academic affairs operations in compliance with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, accreditation standards, policies, procedures, and requirements. The Dean may provide oversight to instructional divisions and programs.
