About The Position

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Deal Clerk is an administrative professional responsible for finalizing and posting vehicle sales paperwork into the accounting system. This role involves various accounting and administrative duties related to vehicle transactions.

Requirements

  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Detail Oriented
  • Effective communication, both oral and written
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with others
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership admin experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Monthly posting of vehicle deals for new and used
  • Responsible for month-end duties, including journal entries, reconcile accounts
  • Prepare cheques, EFT payments
  • Reconcile vehicle-related transactions, calculate commission
  • Other duties as may be assigned which fall within the nature of the role
